A second video angle has emerged of the June 22, 2022 cross-border Ukrainian loiter munition attack on the Novoshakhtinsk Russian oil refinery in Rostov, which resulted in a large fire and damage to the facility.
The drone has been identified by @UAWeapons as either a PD-1 or PD-2, which are drones developed by Ukraine. The aircraft can can reportedly fly 3,000 meters high and stay in light for up to 10 hours.
