Moscow's IQ Quarter high rise building has been hit again by suspected Ukrainian loiter munitions. This is the second strike on the building in less than three days.
Russia called the strike a "terrorist attack" although the building is the headquarters for the Russian economic, digital, and indurstrial ministries. Government employees that ordinarily operate inside the building are now working remotely while the safety and structural integrity of the building is being assessed.
Ukraine's continued access to Russian airspace over the nation's capital city is likely to further degrade Russian public support for the invasion of the neighboring country.
