American TOW Gunner Misses Abandoned and Static Iraqi Tank

What appears to be a group of Marines with a combined anti-armor team attempt to destroy an abandoned Iraqi tank with a TOW missile system during the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Unfortunately for the poor TOW gunner, his system either malfunctions or he is the least competent TOW gunner in the world, because he completely misses the static tank prompting the MK19 gunner to engage it instead.
