This video depicts Darion "Tex" Hester, an American volunteer, working a CasEvac mission in Bakhmut. According to the video itself, this took place in April of 2023.
He dismounts at 01:16. One patient is walking wounded, but Tex and several other soldiers- apparently a mix of foreign volunteers and Ukrainians- help transport the other, more serious casualty to the truck. At the end of the video, the Ukrainian driver and Tex nimbly hurdle their language barrier. "Go?" "Yeah."
