Artillery Strike on Ukrainian Positions in Toretsk

Footage taken from a forward observation reconnaissance drone being operated by Russian spotters captures an artillery strike against a suspected Ukrainian firm base located in the city of Toretsk. While it's difficult to tell from this footage, it appears as if something in one of the buildings was highly flammable. The Russian source who posted the footage suspects that the strike struck some sort of ammunition supply point, but the lack of serious kinetic explosions leads me to believe that it was more likely large batteries or some other type of flammable equipment.
