Chinese Rocket Booster Crashes Near School During Satellite Launch

A Chinese Long March 4B rocket successfully carried their new Gaofen 11 Earth observation satellite into orbit on Sep. 7, but the first stage booster came crashing down in an inhabited area, very near a school.


The following footage was filmed in Shaanxi province and shows the booster come crashing down with a plume of of toxic orange smoke. The satellite imagery will reportedly be used for agricultural, industrial, and city development.
