Civilians walking outside hear an incoming round and then maneuver to cover shortly after the first round impacts. This footage was filmed tonight in Bila Tserkva.
One of the more interesting perspective throughout this entire war between Russia and Ukraine has been seeing how the civilians are responding to the situation. Some of the best footage we've seen has been recorded on outdoor security cameras, and this is no exception. Two civilians walking, and an unknown number of civilians inside of a small vehicle are all captured on film immediately moving to cover as soon as what is believed to be a Russian explosive impacts near them.
The title of this video when we found it was illegible when translated. It was a mix between Russian and Ukrainian, and the only word that we could make out using our software was "white church." Outside of that, we were able to figure out that this video was recorded in the town of Bila Tserkva about 80km south of Kyiv.
