Disabled Armor Destroyed by FPV Drones

Drone footage released by Russian sources shows what is allegedly an M1126 Stryker laying on its side next to a road. According to the source of the footage, the vehicle was located on its side near Vovchansk and multiple FPV drones were used to prevent the Ukrainians from being able to recover the vehicle.

There are only a couple of units with access to the M1126 Stryker in Ukraine right now. For sure, the 42nd and 82nd Brigades have access to them, and the 42nd Brigade has been heavily engaged in the fighting near Lyptsi in Kharkiv. Unless other units I'm unaware of have access to the Strykers as well, it's likely that this vehicle belongs to the 82nd Brigade of Ukraine, who have 90 Strykers and 14 British Challengers as of May of this year.

It's worth noting that we were unable to properly armor ID the vehicle internally. Russian sources claim this was a Stryker, but the text on screen in the video clearly states that this was a BTR. On top of that, no one on our team would be surprised to hear Russians calling a Stryker a BTR since the vehicles serve a similar function, and neither would we be surprised to hear Russians calling any wheeled armored vehicle owned by the Ukrainians a Stryker so they can feel good about destroying "futuristic western technology".

If any of you armor ID nerds want to chime in down in the comments, we'd love to hear from you.
