Multiple angles of footage recorded during one of the many battles inside of Aleppo shows a massive tunnel bomb detonating. The bombing is followed up by a large-scale hell-cannon bombardment.
This video was recorded on May 3rd, 2016 in the az-Zahraa district of Western Aleppo. It shows members of the Free Syrian Army detonating a massive tunnel bomb underneath of a building, and then bombarding the area with their hell-cannons to inflict as much damage as possible. Most likely, this event occurred before the FSA fighters pushed in and took control of the region. A few months after this video was filmed, the Syrian Arab Army conducted a large-scale operation to wrestle control of Aleppo back from the Free Syrian Army. That offensive turned into a months long battle which saw the FSA fighters inside of the city besieged.
If you pause around the 0:46 mark in the video, you'll see a hell-cannon projectile passing directly over the left side of the drone. The round is in frame for about a full second before it impacts with the Earth causing a large explosion. If the drone had been a few feet higher, this piece of footage may have never been recovered.
