Footage of Dual Missile Impact in Kyiv from Security Camera

Footage obtained by a Ukrainian news agency captures the moment what is believed to be two Kalibr cruise missiles impacted inside of the city of Kyiv.
At this time of this writing, it's still unknown how much damage was done by what is believed to be two Kalibr cruise missiles. Other footage recorded around the same time as this footage shows first responders arriving on the scene to assist people who were injured in the strike, and to fight fires in nearby buildings. From the footage alone, it is impossible to tell if the strikes were actually Kalibr cruise missiles, or if they were another type of weapon system.
At the time of the attack, the UN Secretary General was in Kyiv.
