Four M142 HIMARS Fire At Russian Targets Simultaneously

Interesting video shows a set of four Ukrainian-controlled M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) firing as many as 24 rockets simultaneously.

Unlike classic MLR systems that blanket a large area with a relatively inaccurate barrage, each one of the M31A1 GMLRS rockets fired from the HIMARS is a precision munition that can pinpoint a target within inches. Additionally, each rocket is most likely preprogrammed with coordinates for different targets.

While this is certainly an impressive show of force for the Ukrainians, it seems unwise and risky to colocate so many systems in a single location.
