A Ukrainian FPV drone flies into a Russian dugout and detonates. Russian soldiers are identified in a trench and tracked to a dugout occupied by several comrades. The perspective switches to the FPV drone, which flies into the entrance of the dugout and detonates, with obvious results. The survivors exit the dugout and escape along the trench.

Loitering munitions offer an interesting dilemma for defenders. Fighting positions can be constructed with overhead cover, concealment, and other features which can offer some protection from IDF and drone-dropped munitions, and bridges, culverts, and buildings can offer overhead cover for mobile infantry, but FPV drones negate many of these advantages. It will be interesting to observe the development of countermeasures for this threat.

I usually prefer these videos without music, but this is a pretty good Metallica cover.
