First person perspective footage of a Ukrainian kamikaze drone shows a direct hit on a Russian soldier as he is crawling along his entrenched fighting position. Trenches have been a staple in defensive fighting postures for many years, and they have repeatedly proven their effectiveness against artillery and small arms fire, but the modern drone threat has significantly reduced their effectiveness.
