The Free Burma Rangers is a multi-ethnic humanitarian service movement working to bring help to people in the conflict zones of Burma, Iraq, and Sudan. Most recently, they have gained traction for their involvement with the Battle of Mosul in 2017 where one of their members was shot while the group maneuvered under fire to rescue a child that was directly in the firing lane of an Islamic State Sniper.
