FSB arrests 19-year-old for allegedly wanting to join the Legion of Freedom of Russia (pro-Ukraine Russian defectors).
Video shows FSB agents jumping out of a van and arresting 19-year-old Vsevolod Kulikov, a native of Lipetsk, a Russian city just south of Moscow. Vsevolod is accused of preparing to commit a terrorist act. The FSB claims he applied to join Azov and the Legion of Freedom of Russia as well as allegedly supplying financial aid to those organizations. FSB also accuses the 19-year-old of planning to travel to a local military airfield to plant explosives and set fire to aircraft and facilities. Vsevolod Kulikov is facing 15 years in a Russian prison for his alleged crimes.
