Gunmen Ambush Prisoner Transport Bus To Release Gang Leader

Armed gunmen intercepted a prisoner transport van to break out their gang leader in Normandy, France on May 14, 2024. First, the assailants rammed into the transport van head-on, and then they opened fire, killing two prison guards and injuring three more.
The armed gang successfully released their leader, who is identified as Mohammed Amra, nicknamed 'La Mouche' (The Fly). Amra is reportedly the head of an illicit narcotics network who had just been convicted for burglary and attempted murder. A manhunt is currently underway to recapture him.
