Hezbollah Rocket Strike Caught On Dash Cam

Footage reportedly out of Haifa, Israel shows a Hezbollah rocket impacting and exploding just in front of a motorist. Hezbollah's intended target isn't clear, although the both Hezbollah and Hamas terror groups tend to just aim in the general direction of Israel, as they have no ability to make the moral distinction between military and civilian targets.
