HIMARS Obliterates Russian Radar Unit In Zaporizhzhia

Footage reportedly shows precision guided rockets GMLRS, likely fired from HIMARS or M270 launcher vehicles destroying a Russian P-18 radar system along with its support vehicles in the southern Zaporizhzhia region. The P-18 is being primarily used as an early warning system to detect and track Ukrainian aircraft and drones. Ukraine has been focusing heavily on destroying Russian air defense and radar capabilities to ensure the longevity of their newly acquired strike jets. While no direct hits appear to have been made on the targets themselves, the vehicles appear to have been within the kill radius of the thousands of tungsten fragmentation projectiles dispersed from the munition. The delicate radar system and soft skin vehicles are easily perforated.
