IDF SOF Rolls Up Lebanese Military Officer Linked To Hezbollah

Israeli Navy Shayetet 13 commando's conducted a raid in Lebanon to capture a commissioned Lebanese Naval Officer, Imad Amhaz, who is reported to have ties to Hezbollah. The incident is concerning as it suggests that the Lebanese military may be significantly permeated and compromised by Hezbollah terror operatives. The raid took place on a chalet near the coast of Batroun, south of Tripoli. It's not clear if the Lebanese Navy was aware of the alleged terror operative within their ranks, and it's equally unclear if Israel informed Lebanon prior to the capture raid.
