Footage recorded on 10/31 shows Israeli troops conducting a movement to conduct operation near Gaza. It appears that the current plan of action for the IDF is to take the operation very slowly so that they can minimize the risk to their own troops and equipment, and to buy time for Palestinian civilians to continue evacuating from the region.
