Man Tries to Outrun Police in Blacked Out Dodge Charger - Doesn't Work

Dashcam footage released by the Arkansas State Police shows a high speed pursuit with Toribio Ruiz, who is driving the blacked out Dodge Charger. Unfortunately for Ruiz, he never got the memo on how to properly black out a vehicle to use it for escape and evasion against trained law enforcement officers, and he happens to be getting chased by a member of the Arkansas State Police who have absolutely no chill when it comes to conducting a high speed pursuit.
While he has not appeared in court at the time of this writing, Mr. Ruiz has been charged with driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a minor, as well as speed and reckless driving. I am personally adding an additional charge for having one of the worst imaginable haircuts.
