Massive Hamas Tunnel System Destroyed

The Israeli Defense Force has reportedly destroyed a series of tunnel systems belonging to Hamas near Khan Yunis, including one tunnel that extended for hundreds of meters into Israeli territory. According to the IDF, the tunnel that went hundreds of meters into Israeli territory had been under surveillance for close to the three years, shocking some residents in border communities who were told by the IDF that since the construction of Israel’s underground border barrier, no Hamas tunnels went into Israeli territory.
