This quick clip shows a motorcyclist or dirt biker in Mali being strafed by a passing helicopter. It is unclear whether the helicopter is strictly Malian military or part of the Wagner Group, which is operating in the region.
Due to an increase of Al-Qaeda/Jihadist related activity after the French military pullout, Mali has turned to Wagner to help fill the void. Because both the Malian military as well as Wagner both field the Mi-24, it's unknown to whom the pilot of this helicopter belongs. What is certain is that down there in the sand, that biker is having the worst day ever, but they appear to survive (at least until the end of the clip).
