Motorist Has Close Call With Air Strike In Ukraine

Footage out of Ukraine shows a massive airstrike recorded by a motorist's cell phone camera. There appears to have already been a plume of smoke from a previous incident and the reason for him filming the area.
It isn't clear who initiated the strike. The exact location ins't known either, although the report suggested the driver had just crossed the Dnieper River.
