Drone footage released by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense shows a bait attack being used to draw infantry into the kill-zone. The bait is followed up with a second drone strike on a larger group of Armenian infantrymen.
The exact location of this drone strike is unknown due to the Azeri Ministry of Defense working to protect their drone assets, but the footage was recorded very recently in what some people are already calling the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War.
For the uninitiated readers out there, the First Nagorno-Karabakh war was fought during the peak of the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic. As a result of the pandemic, the conflict went completely unrecognized by mainstream media, making it so almost no one knew that it was happening. Russia brokered a peace treaty between the two countries and was enforcing it with their own peacekeeping troops, however that enforcement has since fallen to the wayside in light of the current conflict between Russian and Ukraine.
