(NSFW) Drones Turn up the Heat on Russian Troops

Drone dropped munitions make life difficult for Russian infantry. One team is engaged and neutralized before they can enter a building. The buildings themselves are whittled away until they offer scant protection from overhead threats. One Russian soldier seeks cover from direct-fire in a damaged building, only to be engaged by a drone dropped munition. The resulting explosion sets him on fire. Drone dropped complicate the environment in which soldiers must operate and add a new dimension to combined arms at the tactical level.

Cam served as an infantry officer in the Marine Corps, deploying to the Horn of Africa and participating in combat operations in Iraq. He currently works in the maritime industry and in the defense sector as an instructor of combined arms planning and operations.
