Footage recorded in October of 2000 shows one of the earliest recorded IED attacks. It was recorded by Chechen fighters, the victims are two Russian Soldiers.
The Improvised Explosive Device is by no means a new weapon system. In this footage, you're watching two Russian Soldiers accidentally set off a victim actuated IED that was emplaced by Chechen fighters during Russia's invasion of Chechnya.
