(NSFW) Russian Troops Execute 3 Ukrainian POWs

Damning footage captured by a Ukrainian observation drone and published UA accounts on Dec. 27, 2023 shows Russian soldiers executing three Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) that had just surrendered.

The three Ukrainian soldiers can be seen lined up in a row, on their knees with their hands interlocked behind their heads. Suddenly a burst of gunfire knocks them all down. A Russian soldier can be seen approaching the bodies and delivering double taps to ensure their deaths.

The incident reportedly took place in the vicinity of Verbove, near Robotyne in western Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Russians have reportedly retaken ground captured by the Ukrainians during their ineffective summer counteroffensive.
