This footage shows a tactic used with increasing frequency by People's Defense Force (PDF) fighters in Myanmar. Dump trucks, or similar heavy construction type trucks, are used to prosecute drive-by style attacks against static troops and targets. In this particular case, the driver makes a U-turn, keeping the thick metal of the truck bed pointed toward the target checkpoint and allowing the fighters inside to fire on the checkpoint as they drive away. Similar attacks have featured trucks stacked with concrete bags as ersatz sandbags, though this doesn't seem to be the case here.
