An almost comedic, 'superhero' style crime defense incident captured by a stores surveillance camera, shows the moments a good Samaritan lays down the law on a dirt-bag purse snatcher.
At this time, we don't have a timeframe or location in which this occurred, so I'll leave it for you Geo-guessing wizards in the comments. Although the female victim involved more than likely suffered trauma due to this incident, at least she had front row seats to a great show.
Kudos to the driver/defender in this incident. All I have to say is, Instant Karma buddy.
