Video recorded by an alleged Russian FPV drone shows the device being accidentally defeated by camouflage netting over the top of a Ukrainian trench line in an unknown part of Ukraine.
This video has me a bit curious about the Russian paradigm on FPV kamikaze drones. It's also an interesting video to look at from the perspective of people who are actively working to defeat this threat in the field. Do the Russians? not have a way to remote detonate their devices? Was the remote detonation denied by some sort of local electronic counter-measure?
What do you think, is cami-net for the purpose of defeating drones just a coping mechanism, or is it a realistic way to defeat this style of attack when combined with electronic counter-measures?
