Russian MLRS Stops Civilian Traffic to Shell Ukrainians

Cell phone footage recorded by a guy that is definitely going to be late to work today captures a Russian Grad system rocking up onto a street, stopping traffic, and conducting a fire mission against Ukrainian positions located somewhere near Kharkiv.
I think Ukraine may be one of the few places on Earth where this is not an acceptable excuse for being late to work.
