Russian Radar Experiences HIMARS-Related Connectivity Issues

This video, captured by a Ukrainian observation drone, shows a Kasta 2-E2 (NATO reporting name: Flat Face) radar truck in Donbas shortly before it gets obliterated by a HIMARS missile. This was reportedly one of the HIMARS' standard guided missiles, as opposed to a longer-ranged ATACMS. The Kasta 2 radar system is primarily a low-level surveillance radar. Now it's a low, levelled radar.
