Drone video released by the K-2 Battalion shows a lone Russian soldier triggering the sympathetic detonation of an anti-tank mine after he steps on an anti-personnel mine. The explosion is absolutely devastating for the singular infantryman.
For the purpose of context, this video was recorded near Soledar.
It should be physically impossible for the weight of a single infantryman to trigger an anti-mine. The weight tolerances on the trigger device inside of the mine should prevent a human's bodyweight from causing the mine to detonate. It's more likely that the mine was emplaced too close to the AP mine, and that the detonation of the AP mine caused the second to explode.
If this man identifies as a T-72 turret, he's probably taking home the world record in the turret toss Olympics right now.
