Cell phone footage recorded by a young Soldier with the Congolese Army captures the moment a 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer catastrophically fails during training. The ammunition is the most likely cause of the malfunction, however the Congolese military has yet to make a public statement on the training incident. It's unclear if anyone was seriously injured or killed in the incident, however from the footage it does not appear as if any of the bystanders were wounded.
