Suspect With Bow and Arrow Has Hours Long Standoff with SWAT

On March 4, 2022, a special weapons and tactics unit with the Kern County Sheriff's office responded to a barricaded suspect who fired multiple broadhead arrows at the police unit from inside of his trailer.
The above footage is the full critical incident report conducted by the Kern County Sheriff's Office. They detail everything that lead up to the officer involved shooting of 41-year-old Michael Ramos Jr after an hours-long standoff with the Kern County SWAT team.
