Taliban Beat Mother To Death For Not Feeding Them, While Women Begin Protests

Over the past three days, the world has watched in agony, as the Taliban have rapidly begun re-taking the entire country of Afghanistan. In an article published yesterday on Funker530, "Interviews With Taliban Fighters And Afghans After The Fall Of Kabul", displays just how rapidly the Taliban are integrating their cultural ideology back into the civilian population.

During an interview, the CNN reporter was confronted by Taliban fighters, which were located outside of President Ashraf Ghani's presidential palace. She was immediately asked to leave, as her male reporters were questioned as to why they have a female working with them.

In the footage we have provided here, four women were recorded protesting in Kabul, in the presence of Taliban fighters. Although it may not seem like much, the bravery of these women cannot be explained. Throughout the past three days, we have heard numerous stories of Afghan women and young females being raped, murdered, and forced to marry Taliban fighters.

One particular story that stood out from media reports, was reported by the daughter of a women who was beaten to death by Taliban fighters. The event reportedly occurred in a small village in northern Afghanistan on July 12, 2021, where Taliban fighters were forcing village women to prepare meals for them. The eldest daughter, Manizha, 25, said prior to her mothers death, Taliban fighters had approached their home and demanded she cook food for the 15 fighters.

During their last encounter, Manizha's mother told the fighters, "I am poor, how can I cook for you?". With a remark like this, the Taliban began beating her with their weapons. As Manizha yelled for them to stop, the Taliban fighters paused for a brief moment, before throwing a grenade into the room, ultimately killing her mother.

Although this event occurred nearly a month prior to the on going conflicts in Afghanistan, it still provides us insight on how courageous these women are for taking a stand for their rights. Along with that, the story Manizha has shared sheds a chilling preview of what women will be facing after the Taliban have gained control of the entire country.

In contrary to this entire story, the Islamic Emirate has ordered its Mujahideen and once again instructs them that no one is allowed to enter anyone's house without permission. Life, property and honor of none shall be harmed but must be protected by the Mujahedeen. As many stories like this continue to surface, it paints a different picture from what the Taliban portray on social media.
