Unconfirmed footage out of Afghanistan reportedly shows Taliban militants taking flight in an Afghan National Army Mi-8 helicopter with the help of ANA pilots who have switched sides.
While the idea of a Taliban air force is alarming, it is unlikely to become a reality without the support of US logistics and maintenance contractors who have propped up the indigenous crews all along. The following video should merely be appreciated for its novelty.
