UA Brigade Fends off Relentless Russian Attacks

A piece by a Ukrainian journalist coving Ukraine’s 47th “Magura” Brigade as it conducts a defensive fight in Pokrovsk. The journalist interviews Bradley crews, FPV drone operators, and the command staff as they fend off hourly Russian attacks. The 47th is one of the more capable Ukrainian units, equipped largely with western kit, such as Bradley IFVs, and has participated in some of the more significant battles of the war. Their efforts keep the Russians out of Pokrovsk, a critical town in western Donetsk that serves as the gateway to the region beyond. It is unsurprising that the 47th Brigade has been assigned this critical task.
