Ukraine has wasted no time in putting their new delivery of Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) to work against Russian forces. According to an article from the New York Times, Ukraine received around 20 of the missiles, and based on launches we can verify in videos, they have already launched at least 11.
The ATACMS, which have an approximate rage of 186 miles, reportedly struck Russian airfields in occupied Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions resulting in significant damage to Russian equipment, especially air assets.
The initial volleys of the weapon system have proven to be extremely effective, however, they are in short supply. It's not clear how many ATACMS the Ukrainians still possess, or if there are future deliveries planned by the US.
