Ukrainian Soldier Dodges Hand Grenade

Footage taken from a cell phone attached to a Ukrainian Soldier's body armor captures the moment an incoming hand grenade almost kills him. The Ukrainian Soldier barely gets out of the way in time while simultaneously making a good argument for knee pads in the process.
This video probably never would have been published had the guy been looking in any other direction at the six second mark. Whoever tossed that hand grenade has spent some either spent a serious amount of time practicing or just the throw of his life captured on film by the guy he was trying to kill.
Unfortunately, this is one of those TikTok finds that has absolutely zero context attached to it.
