Ukrainian Thermal Sniper Makes Hit On Running Russian Soldier

Footage circulating on social media reportedly shows a Ukrainian sniper using a thermal riflescope to hit two running Russian soldiers. The first shot does appear to make the soldier fall, however, the second shot is inconclusive at best. It's unclear where or when this incident took place.
