Ukrainians Hit While Setting Up Razor Wire

Ukrainian soldiers were observed by a Russian drone as they were in the process of setting up a strand of concertina wire for a defensive perimeter. The Russians called in a bomb drone and struck the Ukrainian unit.
Of the four soldiers shown in the video, it appears that three of them were wounded, two of them significantly.
