Video filmed by a Ukrainian Tik Tok uploader shows Ukrainian Tochka-U ballistic missiles being launched at Russian forces. The video was uploaded on Mar. 19, but the actual date of the launch may be different.
The OTR-21 Tochka (SS-21 Scarab) is a Soviet-developed tactical ballistic missile fired from a 9P129 vehicle that uses an inertial guidance system. Depending on the warhead variant, the system has a max range of approximately 300km and a blast/kill radius up to 200m.
