Cell phone footage that is circulating across social media for the last day or so appears to show a Venezuelan wearing a head lamp attacking government forces. This footage is still unconfirmed, and is dominantly circulating on social media due to the absurdity of engaging a superior government force at night while wearing a head lamp. Is purportedly shows a member of the Tren del llano criminal gang engaging with either police or military forces in Guárico.
